First and Last Name: Carson Duke
Stage Name: Carson Duke, Necroplastic, Vermiculum, Flybrain
Location: Lansing, MI
Email: necroplastic@hotmail.com
Style of Music: Live Electronic. My style of Music depends on what type of show I am playing. If I am playing an art show I play ambient and abstract, if I am playing a jungle show I play jungle and aggressive beats, if I am playing a party I play music for people to move to. The style of music question really is a tough question. I create music from the ground up using sequencers, synthesizers, and computers. My music is based on mood and emotion, and generally has a darker sound while appealing to a wide range of musicians and music enthusiasts. -- Download Carson Duke's music

Goals: To reach every goal I have ever set for myself and take everyone who is as devoted to pursuing their dream as much as I am with me. If I could bring an entire group of musicians, from different genres, styles, and backgrounds together and help them and myself reach our musical and performance capabilities I will have accomplished my goal. This is obviously falls into the "lifetime achievement" section. Music is my life, my passion, and my drug of choice.

A few comments on Revolution and the other musicians who play there: We are succeeding, we are making our mark, we have contributed and have much more to contribute to the global community of electronic music. In the past year our alliance of musicians has been growing in to a much more professional, devoted team of working professionals. Revolution has not been just about one individual. If a musician or artist helps another musician or artist, they can be guaranteed that they will receive help and support in return. People decide their role and they decide how much they are devoted to making music their career. I feel privileged to be part of "Revolution."
What do you see in your musical future: I see a career in electronic music forever. I will always be promoting, performing, booking, teaching, and training. I plan on expanding my music to every edge of the world, and I plan on using as many instruments as possible while collaborating with electronic musicians, bands, DJ's, and classical artists. The beauty of electronic music is that it has no boundaries whatsoever. The only boundaries are within the person creating the music and this can fuel the musical output.
What do you see for the future of music: I see bands jumping on the "bandwagon," definitely more electronics in bands, I see DJ's becoming producers, I see young children creating music on their home computers, I see the club scene being redefined by live musicians performing live electronic. The possibilities are endless with electronics. Unless they get stolen so lock your valuables up no matter where you are. Back up your drum machines and synthesizers. Keep your artistic and creative material under lock and key and chained to your back. With more gear comes the chance of greater loss. GET INSURANCE!
